Fabulous!
At first I started tracking several things with lots of detail. Like how many glasses of water I drank and how much exercise I got and how much protein I ate – you get the idea!
But I soon discovered that only four items really mattered to me (time I went to bed, hours slept, mood and energy level). So I deleted all the fluff and simplified to those four items.
Its super fast and easy to track every item and graphs clearly show trends and relationships between the items Im tracking.
If the interface was more intuitive Id have given this app a 5/5. It took me about 30 minutes to figure out and set up - and then another 45 minutes to customize the icons and general appearance. Im not super savvy with this stuff so it could be faster for others. If you want a reliable tracker (Ive been using this about six weeks so far) and you dont mind the initial learning curve then I highly recommend this app.
